Terms & Conditions

The following  Terms & Conditions come into force as soon as you register/login and you play your first game on SHARKOIN.

SHARKOIN accepts only adult players (the minimum age is 18) from those countries and geographic regions where cryptocurrency gambling is allowed.

Your obligations as a player:

1. You participate in the game strictly in your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.

1.1 You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from us

2.1 The cryptocurrency that you deposit into your account is not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source.

2.2  You understand that by participating in the game you take the risk of losing the cryptocurrency deposited into your account.

2.3  You understand that cryptocurrency is not considered a legal currency or tender and as such on the “websites” they are treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value.

2.4 If it is discovered that a deposit is the result of a double-spend, it will be considered an act of fraud. In the instance that a deposit you make to your SHARKOIN account does not clear the Blockchain within three hours, it will be considered fraud and our bitcoin payment processor will automatically flag those transactions. Flagged transactions will cause your player account to automatically be disabled. All play associated with that deposit will be null and void and your account will reset to the balance before the flagged deposit. Likewise, if a deposit is intentionally delayed by the player through the Blockchain, it will be considered fraud.

2.5 In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your SHARKOIN Account, you shall only use cryptocurrencies that are valid and lawfully belong to you.

2.6 You will not use our services while located in any jurisdiction that prohibits the placing and/or accepting of bets denominated in cryptocurrency online.

Your Member Account

3.1. Registration and opening of your member account:

3.2 In order for you to be able to place bets, you must first sign-up for an account.

3.3 You are allowed to have only one account per IP / Household/Family/Person. If you attempt to open more than one account, all betting accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed, any bets and remaining funds may be voided.

3.4 You must enter a valid e-mail address during the sign-up process. If you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords” and we reserve the right to cancel your account at any point we deem necessary. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct.

3.5 If you notice that you have more than one registered account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your member account being blocked for access.

3.6 As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a username and password for your login to our website. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.

3.7 SHARKOIN reserves the right to refuse or close an account at its sole discretion, but any contractual obligations already made by SHARKOIN shall be honored accordingly.

3.8  SHARKOIN reserves the right to declare a wager void, partially or in full, if SHARKOIN, at its own discretion, deems it obvious that there was an error, mistake, misprint or technical error.

3.9 Account closure can be done through our contact form, at any time, mentioning the reasoning behind the request.

Deposits & Withdrawals to/from User Account :

4.1 To deposit funds into your account, you can transfer funds from your personal cryptocurrency wallets or other cryptocurrency-related accounts. very transfer send to a different address than the one displayed in the “Deposit” window at the time of the deposit, will not be added.

4.2 In the instance that a deposit is unable to be verified by the cryptocurrency chain/network within a reasonable period, it will be considered fraud. All play and winnings associated with that deposit will be null and void. Your account will be temporarily closed and all costs incurred by SHARKOIN, including provider and platform fee retrieval, affiliate commissions, and SHARKOIN administrative costs associated with these transactions will be noted on your account.

4.3 Due to the fact that  SHARKOIN does not require players to wait for a Blockchain confirmation before they are allowed to play, all funds with which you are playing while waiting on (minimum six) Blockchain confirmations are provided as a courtesy to you by SHARKOIN. Therefore, all winnings and commissions associated with play from SHARKOIN courtesy funds belong to SHARKOIN. If it is determined that you have abused this courtesy, SHARKOIN will retrieve its courtesy funds, void all play and winnings associated, and your account will be temporarily closed. All costs incurred by SHARKOIN, including provider and platform fee retrieval, affiliate commissions, and SHARKOIN administrative costs will be charged to your account.

4.4 SHARKOIN reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity, for example in cases of higher deposits, to prevent money laundering.

4.5 If we mistakenly credit your SHARKOIN Account with amounts that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical, error in the pay-tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your account balance. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, the mistakenly credited amount will constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email or Live Chat

4.6 SHARKOIN  reserves the right to check a player’s identity (KYC procedure) prior to processing payouts and to hold withdrawals for the time needed to check the player’s identity. Failure or denial to pass the identity check will result in the voiding of all bets and refund of the last deposit.

4.7 Throughout the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we kindly request users to temporarily refrain from engaging in gameplay activities and to hold off on submitting any withdrawal requests. This helps ensure a smooth and secure verification process, allowing us to better safeguard your account and maintain the integrity of our platform.

4.8 SHARKOIN reserves the right to block any account without any notice due to any suspicious or malicious activity.

4.9 If you have any complaints regarding a deposit, withdrawal, account balance, or any other issue related to your account, you must report it within a maximum of 12 months from the date of the transaction or issue. Any complaints submitted after this period cannot be fully researched or verified and therefore can no longer be resolved.

4.10 Activity-Based Withdrawal Restrictions
To prevent fund cycling, money laundering, and bonus abuse, players who have not wagered a substantial portion of their deposit—particularly when placing very low-value bets relative to the deposit size—may be required to meet a minimum betting threshold of 5x–10x the deposited amount before withdrawals can be processed. This requirement applies especially to deposits of over $1,000 worth of funds or accounts with minimal betting activity and helps ensure that deposits are genuinely used for gameplay purposes.

Free spin policy

5.1. It is not allowed to create more than 1 account (per family/IP)to use our free feature.

5.2. It is not allowed to make a deposit only to withdraw the free spins winnings.

5.3   SHARKOIN reserves the right to suspend the user’s account in case of excessive use of the free spin option.

Affiliate

6.1  Creating accounts from your own referral link (to earn affiliate revenue from your own gameplay) is strictly forbidden and lead to suspension of all accounts involved and loss of funds.

6.2  In order to withdraw affiliate earnings, a user must keep their account active, which entails making at least one deposit within the last 12 months and to have placed bets.

6.3 It’s not allowed to copy/steal content/graphics/videos – made from other affiliate users.

Prohibited

7.1 It’s strictly forbidden to use any VPN (proxy) software or tool that hides your location.

7.2 The user is only allowed to play for his/her personal entertainment and may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of collusion and/or abuse of service.

7.3 SHARKOIN prohibits player collusion and does not allow any kind of robots and programmed devices to participate in gameplay. SHARKOIN reserves the right to void any gameplay which results from the use of robots and/or programmed devices.

7.4 SHARKOIN strictly prohibits self-referral activities like creating multiple accounts from your own referral link.

7.5 SHARKOIN is not an exchange/trade service, therefore any abuse will immediately bring the suspension of your account and loss of all funds.

7.6 It is prohibited to deposit and withdraw Bitcoins (or any other Cryptocurrency) without making actual bets.

7.7 We reserve the right to suspend any user’s account in case of excessive use of the free spin option.

7.8 It is strictly forbidden to use offensive language or harass the Live Chat Support Team. Rude behavior can bring the termination of your account.

7.9 The use of disposable email addresses / temporary email addresses is forbidden.

7.10 Engaging in rude or disrespectful behavior towards our team may result in an immediate suspension of your account. In the event of such a suspension, any remaining funds will be withheld as a penalty fee.

Inactivity
After >52 weeks of inactivity, accounts may be deactivated or suspended.

Volatility
Crypto funds that have not been used to wager/play for more than 12 months, cannot be withdrawn.
